Yelp.com seeks Director of Marketing/Community Manager in Orange County, CA

Dynamo? Rockstar? Badass? Sound like you? Good, cuz you are exactly who we're looking for to lead the Orange County charge for Yelp.com! As our Director of Marketing/Community Manager, you'll be the creative guru working your magic and doing whatever it takes to fuel the growing community of active yelpers in the greater Orange County area. You'll be spearheading dynamic and innovative marketing campaigns and creating useful, funny and cool content for the site. You'll be seeking out local on and offline promotional tie-ins and you'll be working harder than you ever have, but you'll never have had more fun doing it. In essence, you’ll be the "Mayor" of OC Yelp and responsible for taking us to the next level of success on the West Coast. Think you have it in ya? Good, read on...

-You're one of those people who just "get it" and if you don't, you know exactly who to reach out to to make it happen.
-You live to write and write to live. It's what gets you up in the morning and makes you disregard the clock at night. You know who you are. Pencils down.
-You have a fire in your belly. You walk through walls. You take no prisoners. In a nutshell, you're the definition of driven. Even when no one is watching. Especially then.
-You're the ultimate social dynamo and out every night. You're the hub of your social world. You know everyone. Everyone knows you and you feel comfortable in a variety of different social scenes. Basically, wallflowers need not apply.
-You have more than a few years of post-graduate professional writing and marketing experience under your belt and the contacts and oomph to prove it. (Existing Yelp community managers have 5 to 15 years)
