I'm a blogger, podcaster and the owner of my own job board network. Social Media is taking over and I started this site as a way for those seeking work in the social media industry to find jobs and be found.

About Chris Russell

I am a 10 year veteran of the online recruiting industry. In 1999 I started AllCountyJobs.com LLC , a network of regional job boards for job seekers in CT, NY, MA and RI. Today I still manage that business, I run 2 other social networks: Secrets of the Job Hunt and Job Boarders, and I started the first ever podcast show for employers.

It's called Jobs in Pods and its changing the way companies talk to candidates.
